Shillong is the place of beef. Since the restaurant is located in a mix culture envrioment they do not serve beef . But just 10 minutes walk to Bara Bazar you'll get beefed and cowed ..lol. I know the best beef in shillong. But sad you're not here now otherwise I'd take you there. That's why locals and local youtubers are a plus. 😊
